GB's PowerPack programme is designed to give your organisations enhanced support for the first twelve months from signature of contract and to ensure that the URU service is optimised to meet your compliance, fraud interception and customer acquisition requirements. As fraudsters adopt new and increasingly sophisticated methods of defrauding your business, the PowerPack programme is a great tool to ensure your use of URU reflects the latest thinking in ID fraud prevention.

The PowerPack is best for URU clients, who would like the security of a dedicated support programme that will enable them to evaluate risk profiles and maintain maximum match rates. It is also particularly relevant for clients with a complex series of risk profiles to enable a risk-based identity management process.

The package includes:

• All the elements of the QuickStart Plus programme plus an additional OnTrack Benchmark Report at the end of the first year
• URU Result Code Report – breakdown of your ID verification result codes in URU, delivered each month in an email report
• Full access to URU account management reports, including an overview of checks by user, by date and by decision band

PowerPack Renewal

The PowerPack Renewal package is for ongoing support from GB’s dedicated consultancy team to ensure you have access to the latest knowledge and expertise on the fight against ID fraud. The package includes:

• 4 places on any of our URU training courses as required for your staff to maintain in-house expertise and enable constant knowledge transfer between our teams
• Quarterly OnTrack Benchmark Report – an analysis of pass, fail and refer results in URU with an evaluation of how your match rates compare to the rest of your sector.
• URU Result Code Report – breakdown of your ID verification result codes in URU, delivered each month in an email report.
• Full and direct access to URU management information, including an overview of checks
