QuickStart
QuickStart is designed to maximise the knowledge transfer from GB’s Professional Services team to your organisation to ensure URU is configured in line with your risk, compliance and customer acquisition requirements.
The various elements of QuickStart are designed to develop URU experts within your business and will provide the necessary training for in-house staff to set-up and maintain URU quickly and effectively.
GB offers two options Quick Start Standard and Quick Start Plus.
QuickStart Standard
The QuickStart Standard package is best for all user organisations. The QuickStart programme will provide enhanced support for your business throughout the first 6 months following signature of contracts. The inclusion of the OnTrack Benchmark Report will give you a clear indication of how well your ID verification processes match against benchmarks for your industry in general. The package includes:
- Attendance for two administrators on GB’s Certified Administrator Course
- Half day Go-Live Review to check your business is using the best profiles and decision bandings to ensure maximum customer sign-up and fraud interception in a fully compliant environment
- Half day Super User Workshop, designed to ensure key users are fully conversant with the service and how it relates to your business from the outset.
- OnTrack Benchmark Report – an analysis of your first 3 months’ activity in URU, including results of all ID checks performed. The Report includes recommendations for enhancing customer acquisition and fraud interception rates for a fast and quantifiable return on investment
QuickStart Plus
The QuickStart Plus package is best for user organisations who are considering the PowerPack programme but want to understand the full value of the OnTrack Benchmark Reports. QuickStart Plus offers enhanced support for 9 months from signature of contracts and will give you a clear indication of how well your ID verification process works and how it can be further refined through the PowerPack programme. The package includes:
- Attendance for three administrators on GB’s Certified Administrator Course
- Half day Go-Live Review to check your business is using the best profiles and decision bandings to ensure maximum customer sign-up and fraud interception in a fully compliant environment
- Half day Super User Workshop, designed to ensure key users are fully conversant with the service and how it relates to your business from the outset
