URU™ Certified Administrator Course

What is it?

Offered on a regular basis, the URU Certified Administrator Course will enable all attendees to administer URU efficiently with minimal support from the GB team. Certified administrators will be able to show users how to maximise the value and effectiveness of the URU service from the outset, aligning the technology with business objectives and changing requirements in compliance, fraud prevention and customer acquisition.

Certified administrators will be able to understand how to customise URU’s unique scoring system to maximise customer acquisition rates. They will be able to create management information reports that give a consistent view of the system’s performance and provide access to its online Audit Trail to prove exactly what information has been checked and the given results.

Duration: Courses start at 10 am and finish at approximately 4 pm.

What is included?

Training will be delivered by an experienced, knowledgeable Professional Services Consultant and will include education on:

• How to perform an ID check and interpret results
• The individual data sources behind URU and how they can be used to provide a true risk-based approach to identity verification
• How to set-up and manage user accounts, administer URU risk profiles and create management reports
• How to reduce data input error, use the postal address look-up facility, and understand URU’s unique scoring capability and interpret individual check results
• How to access and utilise the authentication audit trail

• User: data input, authenticating, results, and score interpretation
• Account Administrator: user accounts, roles, log reporting, management reporting
• Profile Administrator: profile states, data sources,scoring, decision banding, execution conditions
