Third ID3 Challenge Announced

Third ID3 Challenge Announced

On Friday 11th July 50 members of staff will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.

The Walk is a very demanding but rewarding 24 mile walk, which takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough all in one circular route and within 12 hours!

In order to keep our focus on the daunting task ahead, we have opted to try and raise £15,000 to help a rural community in southern Nepal via the charity Friendship Clinic Nepal – www.clinic-nepal.org.uk.The funds raised will further develop the community’s independence – and identity – by funding a project that will provide a water filtration system for fresh water for drinking and sanitation.

Can you help? We are seeking sponsorship to help the GB team reach its target of £15, 000. A small donation of £500 would go a long way towards helping us reach the goal. Please help! Contact Karyn.bright@gb.co.uk for information on how to support this excellent cause and if you have any further questions at all about the 2008 ID3 Challenge.

We really look forward to this year’s Challenge and hope that we can count on your support.
